HDPO participates in the cleaning campaign of Al-Fashir Specialized Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology

HDPO participated in an environmental sanitation campaign at Al-Fashir Specialized Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology under the supervision of the hospital administration and with the participation of volunteers, the Supreme Council for the Environment, and the hospital support committee.

The cleaning process included the removal of waste and weeds to support efforts to combat the risks of the spread of autumn diseases and the disposal of medical waste.

The Acting Director General of the Ministry of Health, Ahmed Muhammad Al-Douma, stressed the importance of the environmental sanitation campaign, especially during this autumn season, in terms of cleaning the environment, removing weeds, combating disease vectors, and filling the deficiencies competent authorities suffer from.

He expected to continue environmental sanitation campaigns in hospitals to maintain a clean environment when North Darfur is going through emergency conditions.
